About Me

I have been a serial entrepreneur for over 25 years. I started my venture capital firm 3F Management in 2002. During that time I have built and sold over 30 companies.; all of which he exited in the 7, 8, and 9 figure exit ranges. 

Simultaneously, I structure high level corporate roll ups, LBOs, corporate board re structures, and perform Fortune 500 C suite consults.

I am known as the “deal structure guy”. I see what others do not. This has allowed me to own, operate, invest, and consult on deals in nearly every industry. 

I make very complicated situations simple so expeditious resolution, profitability, and progress is restored or created for all.

I was born into poverty, had no one help, dropped out of college after one semester, and simply "failed" my way to the top! 

I also invests my own money, time, and resources into promising young entrepreneurs and companies to assist in their growth cycles. 

Having employed over 20,000 employees and managing over a billion dollars in revenues on an ongoing basis, coupled with my unique, out of the box, leverage based approach to all strategies provides a "learning curve" to all our partnered brands that money cannot buy.

The "simple" goal for each new, and all current portfolio partners, is to fine tune, scale, maximize profitability, and exit in a 3-5 year period of time.

Although "legacy brands" do exist and last 10 years or more they do not begin with that as a projected course. 

My core value that resonates throughout the firm and all portfolio partners is we "give where we earn". Wherever I, or 3F Management invests, builds, or expands, we all operate under the core mission to "give" in all the communities that they "earn". 

This core value and company mantra means that I have and will continue to donate millions of dollars to hundreds of local charities in the communities in which our brands operate.
